Meet Our Doctor
Danny Harrison, MD, FACS
Dr. Harrison has been in private practice since 1992. Prior to that he was a general surgeon in the US
Army at Fort Knox.
He is certified by the American Board of Surgery, and the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical
Sonography. Dr. Harrison stays up to date with the latest advancements in his field as a member of the
American Vein & Lymphatic Society as well as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Harrison is a Franklin, KY native and graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1979. He then
earned his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. Afterward, he completed a
surgical internship and a general surgery residency at Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston
in San Antonio, Texas. Dr Harrison has been treating varicose and spider veins in office for over 20 years.
